The packages are fed into the stacker from the infeed conveyor in stacks, when the number of stacks that fit in the box is reached, it is pushed into the inserter.
The cardboard folded boxes are manually placed in the infeed tray which will automatically feed the machine.
The front suction cups on the head stabilise the cardboard box during the filling process. After filling is finished, the front and rear flaps are closed. Finally, the box is sealed on both sides with adhesive tape.
The machine is controlled via touch screen.
